The building had a bohemian style. the staff are helpful. the hotel is one block from andel. Multiple tramlines run there.
the webpage had information i believe was inaccurate. the hotel lacked saunas or a swimming pool. there is a very small one in the basement though it is only 3x2 meters and use requires payment.

The staff members were very professional! Everyone aimed to. Daria and Roman at reception were easy to talk to and very helpful. Mikita from the breakfast staff made great coffee and always asked if anyone needed help or special requests. I felt pampered by their service.
I noticed some inaccurate information online. The hotel did not have certain extras. The small sauna is only 3x2 meters, and guests pay to use it.

The room was a good size with thoughtful design. It featured a comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. The bathroom included modern fixtures with complimentary toiletries and plush towels.

the room had a strange layout. the curtains made it difficult to move around the bed. i tripped over them because one was lying on the floor. this room was number 402.

mixed experience

missing milkcheckout delay
I was somewhat disappointed. i found no milk in the room for tea or coffee. This was a letdown. This was not there. waiting twenty minutes at checkout after using the bell was inconvenient. I had to find someone myself.
